RECALLING
Consumers have a right of withdrawal of 14 days.
In the sense of § 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB), consumers are natural persons with whom we enter into business relationships without this being primarily attributable to commercial or self-employed professional activity.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL.
You have the right to revoke this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last partial consignment or the last piece. Has.

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping charges. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not properly, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping cost for this reason.
CONSEQUENCES OF RECALLING:
If you revoke this contract, we have to repay you all payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs, without delay and at the latest within 14 days from the date on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction-unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged fees for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods-whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline of 14 days.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to the handling of the goods that is not necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
END OF RECALLING:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their seal has been removed after delivery and in the case of contracts for the supply of sound or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal was removed after delivery.

Please note that if you use our "Money Back Promise" you have to bear the postage costs for the return shipping to us. Unfortunately, we have to completely exclude products that have already been used from our 90-day money-back promise.
